Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, 317 Lash Studio reserves the right to reschedule your appointment to respect the time of other clients. If you are canceling or rescheduling less then 24 hours before your scheduled service, 50% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file. If canceling, rescheduling or no-showing less then 12 hours before your scheduled service, 100% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file.
