CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, 317 Lash Studio reserves the right to reschedule your appointment to respect the time of other clients. If you are canceling or rescheduling the day of your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged the card on file. This policy goes for no-show appointments as well. When coming if for a fill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions left or your appointment will be considered a full set and charged as such.
